Our on-line booking system will automatically apply discounts from 3% – 33% as seen below
You will then notice the price change to reflect your discount on the booking form and calendar.
WEEKLY 3-5%
Stay for 7 -13 days and save 3-5% on rental costs.
2 WEEKS 10%
Stay for 2 -4 weeks and save 10% on rental costs.
MONTHLY 30 % AND 90 DAY+ 33%
Stay monthly and pay your electric and water charges separately and save up to 33% on rental costs.*Electric 6 Baht per unit.Water 55 Baht per unit*
If you prefer inclusive of electric and water,please mention on check-in and we will add 200 Baht* per night to include utilities.*For 48 SQM condo.

Full rental payment is due within 24 hours of check-in(less any booking deposit paid)
A pre-authorisation on a credit card OR security deposit for all rentals less than 1 month of 6000THB.For rentals of 1-3 months a deposit of 2 weeks rental is required.For rentals of 3 months or more a deposit of 1 month is required..This is payable on check in and will be refunded on day of departure providing there is no damage or breach of contract.
Cancellation Policy:-30+ days, 70% deposit refunded,7+ days, 50% deposit refunded.Within 7 days we can’t guarantee a refund but we always do our best to find another customer and will refund accordingly.
*Please note that we do not apply any charges for deposit payments,however,if you would like to pay the balance for your entire stay by international bank transfer,please add 5% or we shall deduct this amount for you on your confirmation.
*In the event of any construction noise from work taking place that is out of our control,we can not issue a refund but will do our best to find an alternative room in View Talay 6*

If you have additional guests that are not on your booking please pay in cash 500 baht per person per night.
