A damage deposit of THB 6000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment or transfer You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash subject to an inspection of the property.

Indoor smoking restriction:
Kindly refrain from smoking inside the villa; a fine of 2,000 Baht will be imposed for violations.
Outside Guests Policy:
All visitors are required to register at our villa and depart before midnight.
Villa Exit before midnight:
All non-resident guests are kindly asked to depart the premises before midnight unless a fee of 500 Baht per person is paid.
Children and beds / Child policies
Children of any age are welcome.
Children 130 CMs and above are considered adults at this property.
Cot and extra bed policies
Both are available on request.
Quiet hours
Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.
